INS AND OUTS
On a Wednesday evening, all the full boarders are asked whether they are 'in' or 'out'. Pupils and parents are asked to know their arrangements for the following weekends by this time.
INVITING OUT A FULL BOARDER
Pupils are sometimes invited 'out' by friends at the weekends. This should be organised through the Head of Boarding (jocoventry@orwellpark.org) or Head of Boys' Boarding (martinobrien@orwellpark.org) in advance. Parents of the boarder are always contacted to give their permission.
POCKET MONEY
Pupils staying in at the weekends are charged for activities and trips on the school bill at the end of each term. It is recommended that pupils have pocket money for visits.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF TIMES
Pupils should be picked up after games or their match on a Saturday (normally between 3.30pm & 5pm). Return can be on Sunday evening between 6.30pm and 8pm or Monday morning before school.
