WEEKEND FUN!

Boarders visited Bury St Edmunds for a shopping trip on Sunday. They had great fun with a delicious lunch in Pizza Express and a visit to the Abbey Gardens. 

HOMELIEST DORM COMPETITION

Boarders were encouraged to make their dorm look homely with photos and posters to decorate their areas. Some dorms were particularly brilliant. Thorn were the overall winners and had made a spectacular effort! Well done!

BLUEYS 2015

The first term of the exciting new club ' Blueys' got started on Tuesday night. Boys in Years 3-5 enjoyed activities in the woods and had great fun up in the boarding house afterwards. They particularly liked receiving their new camouflage hoodies. After that, we just couldn't see them!


GREEK SUPPER AND DANCING TO START THE TERM

The beginning of Summer term started off with a bang! After pre-season training, pupils were treated to a greek supper followed by a disco. Mr T taught the pupils some greek dancing and they are now complete experts!

BOARDING POINTS WINNERS

The children who scored the most boarding points in the Autumn term were treated to a visit to Pizza Hut. Well done all the winners. Who will it be next term?

MIDDLE SCHOOL MAGIC

Year 5s and 6s were treated to a Magic workshop with David Marks where they learned a variety of tricks and how to sell their performances. They all tried hard,  giggled a lot and enjoyed themselves thoroughly! 

MID-WINTER FEAST

It was a successful return to school in January. Following the play rehearsal, pupils were treated to a banquet style feast. Head Boarders cheered the chefs and it was a lovely evening to start the Spring term. Senior pupils then attended pre-season training sessions while years 5 and 6 took part in a magic workshop which was great fun!
